In the 1990s, in a rural town in Germany, a man named Theo leaves his hometown as if on the run. Theo is a man who leaves his hometown as if on the run and continues his aimless journey. His traveling companion is a bipedal talking cat. These two strange travelers meet a mysterious girl who is being chased by the police.
